Correcting issues with Asterisk Server by mindragon

I have multiple customers on an Asterisk server. For some reason with Asterbilling and FreePBX there are a few problems that I need fixed: 1) Inbound calls go directly to voicemail 2) Call transfers… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Asterisk PBX, Linux, PHP, VoIP)
