I Want a Front Page Google Search for my website/images by Tuffin

I have had a photographic website for a couple of years and have some regular traffic but nowhere near as much as I would like. I’ve tagged my images with numerous tags on my site (and blog and flickr) itself but it doesn’t seem to improve traffic… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: Internet Marketing, Link Building, SEO)
