Need someone to figure out why my image recognition code is not working properly. by jpage101

I have an application that is written in vb.net and with libraries in C#. I have recently added image recognition in it. When I create a sample application and create a couple screenshots and save them with paint to check it usually works properly… (Budget: $30-$50 USD, Jobs: C# Programming, Software Architecture, Visual Basic)
