PIC or MCU Based Water Pump Counter Display by willcavanagh

I would like to create a PIC or Atmel MCU based pump. It will work much like a petrol pump works at the garage. When the switched input is enabled, the Display must run a set clear routine, then, switch the relay, this will in turn start the motor… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Software, Microcontroller, PCB Layout)
