Script to log into Hotmail and Change email from spam to inbox – repost 2 by iliasfree

I need a script to log into my hotmail accounts and mark my messages from spam to inbox, mark messages as read , also to add my address into trusted senders. I have many addresses over 100000 ,and i need a script that can run in linux environnement(CentOS)… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture)
