SIMPLE HTML 4-PAGE WEBSITE by conradit

I have 4 Adobe Illustrator files, all vectorized, that need to be converted in full to HTML. I do NOT want them to be simply converted into images. The whole site needs to be coded in HTML. Please, see attached jpg files… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML)
