Unpack and repack MPQ file in game – repost 2 by silver1212

I have some games, but these games use .MPQ file. I can’t unpack and repack them to edit. In file MPQ maybe have the file with format: TGA, TXT, INI, BMP, DDS,… These files are not file of blizzard… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: C Programming, C# Programming, Gamification)
