help configure OSX SERVER firewall to allow traffic to IP by osa2sl

Hi, I inherited an OSX server and I need to configure the firewall so I can access a pc in the lan via rdc. Who can assist on this? Also if possible it has running Kerio Mailserver. and some users can’t access theire mail… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Mac OS, System Admin)
