Make dropdown menu mobile-compatible by dolfwvs

The drop-down menu of my Joomla website is not mobile-compatible. Using a mobile device, when I click on top menu-item with a sub-menu attached, the link to the top menu-item is followed directly. So I cannot reach the sub-menu… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Javascript, Joomla, PHP)
