Multiple PDF download and convert them into excel by Tanay21

There are 190 odd pdf files that need to be downloaded. Then they must be converted into excel files. So 198 odd pdfs will give 198 odd excel files. But the code should run on windows computer because I don’t have a Linux system… (Budget: ₹1500-₹12500 INR, Jobs: C Programming)
