My server (godaddy hosted) is sending SPAM, Need stop ASAP by azaqero

My server is sending spam, I deleted all weird scripts fron /tmp I stopped httpd and spam continues after reboots same not sure how to stop this spam, need instructions step by step, because cant share root login details, another freelancers hacked my server too… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Apache, Linux, Web Hosting)
