We want to communicate XML file to a secured server. In order to communicate we need to Sign (http://www.w3.org/TR/xmldsig-core/) and Encrypt (www.w3.org/TR/xmlenc-core/) that XML. Please dont waste both parties’ time in case if you have not done it before… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, XML)
