Re-label WordPress Admin URL, Theme and asset folders. by dragonfreelancer

I would like to have the folder structure re-named OR hidden on a WordPress site. First the /wp-admin folder needs to be renamed to something custom. (e.g. /content-editor) This is not to be just a redirection, wp-admin must not work at all… (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, WordPress)
