Related discussions module for CMS by askmanager3

We are using a CMS for a Q&A website and we need a plugin/module/script to enable ‘related discussions’ for this CMS. Example: If a user tries to ask a similar question to one that exists in the db already….. (Budget: $30-$150 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Website Testing)
