Hi, We use vTiger 5.4.0 and sell city tours. All facts for the tours are stored in the sales orders, for example the appointment. Now we want to send a reminder mail 3 days before the appointment of the city tour automatically to customer, a survey e-mail 3 days after that… (Budget: €30-€250 EUR, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, vTiger)
