Hello All, We are using asterisk as a call center, we have installed FOP2 and Astrnic report to support the operation. Currently we are using FOP2 as a call center agents desktop, where the agent can login to fop2 and then join the queues assigned to him manually… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: Asterisk PBX, MySQL, PHP)
