Automation of newsletter PHPLIST by arnoldm

Hi I currently have a newsletter (2) that is sent out via PHPLIST. The newsletter has a template and each week a new tip is added and sometimes some text. I need the newsletter to be automatically updated in www.easyexcel.co.za in the archive section… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Joomla, PHP, Software Architecture)
