VB6 Fix unicode in custom button control by jandersonsl

The attached VB6 project has a custom command button control. It displays the Korean text example fine if “Language for non-Unicode Programs” is not set to Korean. If it is set to Korean, some Korean text of the button is cut off… (Budget: $2-$30 USD, Jobs: Testing / QA, Visual Basic, Windows Desktop)
